2. Order Processing
2.1 Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2.2 Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
2.3 Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (UTC) on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

5. Shipping Costs
5.1 Calculated at Checkout
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5.2 Free Shipping
UzuTek offers FREE Standard International Shipping on qualifying orders.
Free shipping promotions apply to Standard shipping only and may be subject to change. Offer does not apply to oversized or hazardous items.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in UzuTek's pricing or shipping fees.
Please be aware of the following:
• UzuTek has no control over customs fees and cannot predict what they may be.
• Customs policies vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information before placing an order.
• Failure to pay customs duties may result in the package being returned or destroyed. UzuTek is not responsible for any losses in such cases.
• Some countries may require import permits or licenses for certain products. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance.
7. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress through:

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping label is created.
8. Delivery Issues
8.1 Delays
UzuTek is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, natural disasters, strikes, extreme weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed.
8.2 Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window and tracking shows no recent updates, please contact our support team at support@uzutek.com. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
8.3 Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please do not discard the packaging. Take photographs of the package and contents, and contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@uzutek.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8.4 Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of ordering. UzuTek is not responsible for packages lost or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after an order is placed may not always be possible.
9. Returns & Refusals
If a package is refused at the destination or returned to us due to failure to pay customs fees, an incorrect address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost. Refunds in such cases will be issued minus these charges.
10. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be restricted or prohibited for international shipment due to local regulations, carrier policies, or safety considerations. This includes (but is not limited to):
• Hazardous materials or products containing lithium batteries (subject to special handling)
• Products restricted by export control laws (e.g., certain technology products)
• Items prohibited by the destination country's import regulations
UzuTek reserves the right to cancel or modify an order if it contains items that cannot legally be shipped to the selected destination.
